Manage Subscription

We now have a much easier way to manage your subscription.  You can easily place vacation holds, set seasonal pauses, and change frequency of shipments and quantity to account for seasonal growing variability.  You can also change your seedling selection to custom choice if you’d prefer.

Below is an overview of how the navigation will work.  Instructions will also be provided on the member home page.

Log into accout and click on “manage subscription”

Select the correct subscription number to access the account dashboard.

This will take you to the account dashboard (see options for account management below).

Edit Subscription Settings

The edit subscription screen (see below) allows you to do the following:

  1. Change your seedling selection.  Change to custom selection if you’d prefer or other bundles.
  2. Change the number of seedlings you receive with each shipment.
  3. Change the frequency of shipments.

1. To swap the seedling variety, click the button and a pop-up window appears to provide your selection.

If you choose “Custom Selection” for your product preference, a separate email will be sent to you when it is time to choose your seedlings for your next shipment. This will happen 1 week before seedlings are shipped – which typically occurs on the 3rd week of each month (with the exception of holiday weeks).

2. To change seedling quantity: click the down arrow and the selections appear. Select the product to match your quantity preference. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box to acknowledge that changes occur with your next billing period. Click on the confirm button to complete the change.

3. To change the shipping frequency: click the button next to SCHEDULE and a pop-up will appear, make your selection to change frequencies. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box to acknowledge that changes occur with your next billing period. Click on the confirm button to complete the change.

Make sure to confirm to save your changes. An email confirmation will be sent to you to acknowledge the system update for your preferences.
